Your data, and what we do with it

• —Account details. Your email address and basic account info.
• —What you tell us about your idea. The startup idea and questionnaire answers you enter — your description, founders, competitors, traction, and market — plus the scores and history we generate for you.
• —Billing details. If you subscribe, payments run through a payment processor. We store your plan and subscription status; we never see or store your full card number.
• —Usage records. Basic logs and usage counters we need to run the product, enforce plan limits, and keep it secure.

We use your data only to run Cruxd:

• —To score your idea and show you your results and history.
• —To enforce your plan limits and process payments.
• —To support you and keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any model of our own.

Your idea is analyzed only to generate your scores. It is never used to train or improve AI models — not by us, and not by any service we rely on to run Cruxd.

Our accelerator scoring is built from public program sources (RFS pages, talks, blog posts, interviews) — never from other users' ideas.

Your data stays within Cruxd. We never sell it and never hand it to other people or companies for their own use.

The infrastructure and payment providers we use to operate the service process your data strictly on our instructions and only to run Cruxd — they can't use it for anything of their own. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect Cruxd and our users from fraud or abuse.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time by emailing raheel@looplessai.com. We'll erase it within 30 days, apart from limited billing records we're legally required to retain.

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to what's needed to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your idea as confidential and design accordingly.
